CLE Regulations

The Council of Legal Education Professional Law Schools Regulations govern the academic and administrative requirements of the programme, including the course of study, attendance, assessments, examinations, progression and the award of the Legal Education Certificate.

Students should review the 2016 Regulations together with all subsequent amendments, as the amendments form part of the current regulatory framework.

Any additional policy guidelines issued by the Council of Legal Education or the School will be communicated through the School’s official channels.
