An annual lecture and panel discussion, hosted by The Norman Manley Law School in collaboration with the Caribbean Court of Justice to encourage informed discussion on issues of regional and global significance through the broader lens of freedom.
The keynote address, “No First Use of Nuclear Weapons: The Limits of Law?”, was delivered by The Honourable Mr Justice Winston Anderson, President of the Caribbean Court of Justice.

The annual public forum organised by the NMLSSA in collaboration with the School’s administration, for commentary and discussion on the practice of law, and to promote and encourage the pursuit of excellence in the field of law. The 2026 keynote address, “No First Use of Nuclear Weapons: The Limits of Law?”, was delivered by the Most Honorable Percival James Patterson, ON, OCC, OE, KC, former Prime Minister of Jamaica.
