INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS All students are required to have a device with a microphone and a camera in order to participate in classes delivered online. 22. PHOTOCOPYING/PRINTING The School is equipped with photocopying machines and printers, available for use by students in the Library. Please note that J$1,000 has been included in your incidental fees for this purpose. Cards for this value may be collected from the Library after registration formalities have been completed. A notice will be posted by the Library to inform you when the cards are available. Students requiring printing and photocoping services must acquire PaperCut cards from the Library. All payments for these cards must be made to the Accounting Unit using debit/credit cards or cash. Minimum purchase is J$500. 23. HEALTH CENTRE The U.W.I. Mona Health Centre is located on Gibraltar Road, opposite the Social Welfare Centre, near to Irvine Hall. The Health Centre provides health services for students using the COMPULSORY health insurance paid for in Incidental Fees. The Health Centre is closed on weekends and Public Holidays and health services may be obtained from the University Hospital of the West Indies on those occasions. Service at the public hospitals is also available at nominal or no cost. 24. STUDENT COUNSELLING SERVICES Guidance and counseling services are available for any student needing advice on personal, financial or academic challenges. Request for services should be directed to the Assistant Registrar with responsibility for Student Affairs, Ms. Denise Reid. She can be contacted at reidd@nmlscle.com .
